Find a quiet place to sit comfortably without any distractions.
Bring your attention to your body and become aware of how you feel both mentally and physically
Now bring your attention to your mind and become aware of your thoughts
Notice you are having thoughts
Notice who or what you are thinking about
Notice how quickly your thoughts change
Notice how you are able to observe your thoughts
Notice you are NOT your thoughts, you are just having thoughts
Notice how you are able to question your thoughts now you are aware of them
The more you practice becoming aware of your thoughts the easier it is to become aware of your limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviours.
